Front Of House Member

Full-time and part time front of house staff/ waiters/ waitresses, barristers & bar staff needed to join our team (early, weekends and evenings shifts available).
We are a family-owned business and are looking for someone that can fit with our family values and team spirit.
The candidate for the role would be someone who can work as a team and have a passion for providing great customer service.
The rate of pay is negotiable (depending on experience), and the share of service change that's shared equally among all staff.
The positions is available ASAP for the right candidates.

Chef
Full-Time
We are now looking for all levels of chefs, , CDP, Demi CDP to to join Al Gusto Café & Restaurant Northcote Road ( Near Clapham Junction) team. We are a well-established Café & Restaurant producing freshly made Brunch, Breakfast, Pasta, Pizzas, Meat and Fish dishes. The successful candidates will be part of the current team supporting the Head Chef, keeping the standards with the broader team in the kitchen. Salary is negotiable depending on experience .
About you:
• You pride yourself on running a section of the kitchen, preparing, cooking and presenting the most fantastic food.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, food and quality fresh ingredients.
• Take responsibility for the dishes coming out of your section and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• You will be confident in managing, training, and passing on your knowledge to the more junior members of the team.
• You naturally enjoy working within a team environment and strive for the best.
• You are eager to learn, and you constantly push yourself to develop as a Chef.
• You are keen to use your great cooking, organisational and time management skills, energy, confidence and passion for food to ensure the highest standards are consistently achieved.
• Ensure all checks and stander of cleanness is always kept
